For Coconut Chutney:
Shredded coconut 1/2 cup
Curd 1/2 cup
Roasted Chana 1 and 1/2 tbsp
Green chillies 2
Ginger 1/2 inch
Salt as per taste
Curry leaves 10

For Chutney tadka:
Oil 2tsp
Black Mustard seeds 1tsp
Red chillies 2
Curry leaves 6
Chana Dal 1/4 tsp
Urad Dal 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida1/4 tsp

For Sambhar dal:
Toor Dal 1/2 cup
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Onion 1 big sized
Tomato 1big sized
Chopped Pumpkin 810
Beans 6
Brinjal 2
Drumsticks 3
Sambhar masala 3tbsp
Oil 4tsp
Curry Leaves 10
Methi dana 1tsp
Mustard seeds 1tsp
Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
red chilies 4
Imli pulp 1/3 cup
Sugar 1tsp
