Suing a credit reporting agency (such as Equifax, Experian, or TransUnion) in Federal Court under the FCRA will most definitely get their attention.

They've been sued in Federal Court, which should get anyone's attention.

They've also been sued under the FCRA,

This means that they will have to pay damages to you.

Those damages include mental anguish, economical loss, and punitive damages.

They may also have to pay attorney's fees, which means that they will have to pay your attorney in addition to their attorney's and you.

Be aware that they think that they're taking it seriously, and act like there's nothing wrong.
