Nobody loses confidence faster than a fat girl. At least, this was the case for me where the people around me would constantly remind me of my insecurity not minding what it was doing to me psychologically, making me lose confidence in myself. I know this is also the case for many fat people as they now have to struggle to keep being confident regardless of the voices of negativity around them.
So, in this video, I share with you my journey as well as the steps I used to keep being confident in hopes that it will help you as well.
