Recipe (Ingredients)
30ml (2tbsp) Cooking oil
8g (3tsp) Matcha powder
40ml (3tbsp) Milk
50g (6tbsp) Cake flour
3 Egg
3ml (1/2tsp) Lemon juice
50g (5tbsp) Sugar
100g Mascarpone cheese
6g (2tsp) Matcha powder
250ml (1cup) Whipping cream/heavy cream
45g (4tbsp) Sugar

cake pan size 28x28cm
150°C (300°F) bake for 30 minutes
refrigerate at least for 1 hour
