Hello friends! Today, on my day off, I wanted to cook something light and vegan. If you also want to try a quick oatmeal cake, get oatmeal, cocoa and bananas. Recipe and preparation:

2 ripe bananas.
30 grams of cocoa (2 tablespoons).
Ground cinnamon (optional)
250 grams of oatmeal 3 cups.
Fry over medium heat for 23 minutes, stirring constantly.
Mix well.
16cm baking tray.
cover with cling film or grease with odorless vegetable oil.
1 banana.
Leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour or in the freezer for 15 minutes.
100 grams of chocolate (sugarfree).
20 grams of sunflower seed oil.
Melt the chocolate using your preferred method.
Garnish with chopped walnuts (optional).
The result is an incredibly delicious cake.
