Cooking recipe and ingredients:

200 ml of warm water.
200 ml of warm milk.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
8 g of dry yeast.
Mix everything well.
Cover with a kitchen towel and set aside for 5 minutes to activate the yeast.
Stir again.
2 eggs.
150 ml of vegetable oil.
Mixing.
Sift 500 g of wheat flour through a sieve.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix everything together.
Add another 250 g of wheat flour.
Mix with a spatula.
Flour.
Knead the dough until it is medium soft.
Shape the dough into a ball.
Place in a cup greased with vegetable oil.
Cover with foodgrade film.
Set the dough aside in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
The dough rose well. Airy like down .
Knead the dough.
Shape the dough into a ball.
Divide the dough into 4 parts.
Form a ball from each piece of dough.
Leave the dough covered on the work surface for 1015 minutes.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Roll out the dough to the size shown in the video.
Lubricate the surface with oil.
Place a second rolled out dough of the same size on top.

Roll up.
Place on a baking tray.
Cover with cling film and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
400 g of cottage cheese.
2 tablespoons of Recotta cheese.
Freshly chopped parsley.
Mix well.
Divide into 20 equal parts.
Roll out to a diameter of 1820 cm.
Add the cottage cheese filling.
Roll up.
Secure the edges.
Form the buns.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
You can add any toppings you like.
Cover with a kitchen towel and set aside in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Egg yolk + 2 teaspoons of milk.
Mixing.
Brush the surface with the egg mixture.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (365°F) for 2530 minutes.
All is ready.
