Channel partners, the sales team of builders and other marketers of real estate always ask the same question to potential flatbuyers: "Sir, are you buying this flat for ownuse or investment?" This is a wrong question. It is a wrong framing of the issues. The fact is, buying a flat can never be an investment. Especially buying an underconstruction flat. It is not an investment because normal flatbuyers can never make money by buying underconstruction properties. It is simply not possible.
