I use a very successful formula of working 8 key locations for sciatic low back and hip pain.There are four anterior and four posterior areas to release the fascia attached to boney landmarks or around muscles/group of muscles with restrictions that are causing either a local pain or referred pain down the leg.
This formula I would suggest doing 3 treatments within 710 days to remove the muscle memory and allow the "new normal" adjustment of fascial tissue to take hold. Depending the how chronic I would suggest a weekly session for 2 or 3 weeks before returning to normal maintenance schedule of one or two sessions a month.
