Illustrator Fill a Black Pattern with a Gradient
Learn how to take a document filled with a black pattern and to fill the black areas with a seamless gradient. This technique uses the Transparency panel in Illustrator to make a mask filled with the pattern to display the gradient only where the pattern appears. It sounds harder to do than it really is to do. In the video you will learn some tricks for using the Transparency panel and for creating masks in Illustrator.
