I'm at a loss...

I have had sole #custody of son (11) his entire life.
His dad has been absent for the majority of his life, and lives about 1.5 hours away. I have been documenting #visitation since 2021, son was 8. In 2021 he saw him 14 days, in 2022 he saw him 22 days, in 2023 he saw him 16 days and in 2024 he has seen him for 3 days so far. In our court order it states that there will be “reasonable rights of visitation to the party without physical custody.” Whenever dad or son asks to see each other I make it happen.
Son has played #baseball since he was 4 and travel baseball since he was 9. In travel baseball he plays, usually, 2 tournaments a month (Saturday and Sunday games) and he has weekly practice over multiple days. The older he gets, the more practice he has. I always provide dad the game and practice schedule as soon as they are given to me. I am fully financially responsible for baseball because dad refuses to help pay anything over child support. And if you have a kid in travel sports, you know how expensive it can be. So my one expectation is that dad can reach out anytime to set up visitation, but son will be at all practices and tournaments. Travel ball starts the first week of January and goes through the week before Thanksgiving. We get approximately 6 weeks off but during that time there are still practices, they just aren’t mandatory.
I need to add that son LOVES baseball. He is always asking to be on the field or at the hitting facility. And when he isn’t, he is always playing MLB the show. He knows every MLB team, player, the stats, everything!
Dad hardly reaches out to set up visitation (noted above). And now is saying that son’s enrollment in baseball is what is getting in the way of seeing son. So, without even attempt to come to an agreement or communicate outside of court, dad has now filed for 1st and 3rd weekend of the month, and half of school breaks. School is on a modified year round schedule so son goes a quarter, gets a 2 week break (October, December and March) and then summer is 6weeks long. And during this time, dad will not take son to baseball
