Learn how to add media layers to an ArcGIS Online map, georeference the image, and add data to your map referencing image locations.

1. Create a new map
2. Add an Image Media Layer (png or jpg)
3. Georeference the image to your map
4. Digitize using the edit tool on existing layers brought in from our ArcGIS Online Organization
