When a tooth must be removed, one of the most effective techniques aesthetically and functionally to replace the tooth is the placement of an immediate implant with immediate load combined with hard and soft tissue grafting.

Once the tooth is removed, the drilling sequence for the implant placement begins. Once the implant is placed, the area is prepared to suture a soft tissue graft in the vestibular area. A bone graft is then placed in the space between the implant and the bone. These grafts will help to prevent tissue resorption, thus preserving health and aesthetics around the implant.
