Improve Sensation After Stroke

Follow
Post Stroke

Sensory or sensation changes after stroke may not always take first priority over movement issues, but they can be just as frustrating. They can also potentially be a safety issue. If you have trouble with numbness, tingling, detecting pressure or touch, changes in temperature, proprioception, or stereognosis, this video is for you.

I break down 2 methods to address sensation changes after stroke: sensory reeducation and desensitization. I show you how to use common household items or things you can buy on the cheap.
