Improve Shoulder Mobility and Flexibility and Pain: Movement Retraining | Feldenkrais Style

Here's a fun shoulder mobility exercise that's great for frozen shoulder, impingement, rotator cuff, tendonitis, etc. You can use a light and short (~3 feet) long stick for this exercise. This is a game of "can you move the stick from many different parts of your body?". By doing that, you will improve coordination between your arm/shoulder and torso, hips, legs, which will improve shoulder mobility and functions. Enjoy!
