In this week’s Three Minute Thursday I’ll be going over how to improve your forehand throw while playing disc golf.

This video is tailored more towards the beginner and intermediate player or even the advanced player that has never tried to teach themselves how to forehand.

I believe the forehand is one of the most important and “strokesaving” skill that a player can possess especially if their playing in primarily wooded areas that require tricky scramble shots.
