INTRODUCTION
Hi there, Liron here!
Today I want to talk to you about how you can significantly improve your watercolor paintings by implementing this one simple tip:
Using pure paints and letting them mix on paper.
This is a really easy tip to implement in many cases, and immediately makes your paintings look so much better.
WHY DOES IT WORK?
When we observe objects in the real world, they contain lots (an infinite amount?) of colors.
These all add to the object's realism and create lots of interest.
When taking a pic it's all gone! Colors and values are flattened.
The abundant fields and crops turn from reds, browns, yellows, blues and greens, into... well greens. And maybe some yellows.
USING PURE PAINTS
This alleviates this issue, and adds A TON of realism and interest to your work.
If you really want to see how that works, check out Patrick's channel, right here:

His style and work is one of the most colourful and beautiful expressions I've ever seen in watercolor.
