In a frying pan Sugarfree, Dairyfree, Glutenfree! Recipe in 5 minutes. Oatmeal cake with chocolate and vanilla. Delicious and incredibly simple. Cook with pleasure.
1/2 cup (70 g) oatmeal. 2 teaspoons baking powder.
1 cup (75 g) almond flour. 3 tablespoons stevia or any other sweetener.
2 eggs.
1/2+1/4 cup (180 ml) almond milk or any other. Vanilla.
Devide into two parts.
1.5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa. 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Bake on very low heat, covered, for about 2025 minutes.
