I learned this recipe from a housewife from Poland, a very convenient and simple recipe. It is made from an inexpensive product. Spend a little time and you'll have a fridge full of meat spreads. Such a snack is always at hand. Simply spread on bread, add salad and enjoy. Cook with love! Cook with joy!

Ingredients and preparation:
1 kg pork belly
1 kg bacon (preferably smoked bacon)
Lightly freeze the fat to make it easier to work with
8 cloves of garlic
Grind the pork belly, bacon and garlic in a meat grinder
200 grams of onions
1 teaspoon salt (or other amount depending on the salt content of the bacon)
Black pepper
1 teaspoon marjoram
Pour the mixture into clean glasses
Do not fill glasses to the top, but leave 4 cm free
So that the fat does not splash out of the jars
Bay leaf

Cover the glasses with aluminum foil
Place the jars in the cold oven
It is important to place the jars in a cold oven to avoid temperature differences.
Heat the oven to 180°C and leave to cook for 2 hours.
Turn off the oven
Open the oven and leave the jars for 10 minutes to avoid a sharp drop in temperature
Sterilize the lids in boiling water (1 minute)
Screw the lids on tightly
Let the glasses cool down
Always have this spread on hand, spread it on a sandwich and you have a hearty meal


Potato Salad Recipe:
1 kg of potatoes
Salt
6 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons wine (or apple) vinegar
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 teaspoons mild mustard
Black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
150 ml vegetable or other broth
2 small onions
Parsely
Add the onions and parsley to the sauce
Leave to marinate for 30 minutes
Let the potatoes cool (I doused them with cold water)
100 grams of cucumbers
3 radishes
Pour the sauce over the salad
Leave for 12 hours
