It is with a heavy heart, but a resolute spirit, that I come before you today to share an update on my health journey. As many of you know, I have been privately undergoing treatment for a serious illness over the past several months. This has been an immensely challenging time, but through it all, I have been buoyed by the unwavering love and support of my family, friends, and the British public.

When I first received my diagnosis, I was naturally overcome with fear and uncertainty. The road ahead looked long and arduous, filled with difficult treatments and an outcome that was far from guaranteed. But in the darkest moments, I found solace in the knowledge that I was surrounded by people who cared deeply for my wellbeing.

Chief among them, of course, is my beloved husband, Prince William. William has been my rock throughout this journey, offering me constant comfort, encouragement, and strength when I have needed it most. There have been many times when I have felt utterly overwhelmed by the physical and emotional toll of my illness, but William has always been there to lift me up, to remind me of my inner resilience, and to assure me that we would face this challenge together. His steadfast devotion and unconditional love have been an invaluable source of healing and hope.
