In this video, Dr. Matthew Posa, a chiropractor in Milton, Ontario will discuss 4 easy home exercises designed to Strengthen and Stabilize your spine.

The Four Exercises are:
1. Isometric TableTop Holds Hold for 510 Seconds. Repeat 3 Sets
2. Bridge Hold for 510 Seconds. Repeat 3 Sets
3. Dead Bug 5 to 10 repetitions each arm. 3 Sets
4. Bird Dog 5 to 10 repetitions each arm. 3 Sets

The major key to all these exercises are maintaining core strength, breathing throughout the movement and making sure you maintain proper alignment throughout the movement.
