A detached stone townhouse with garden for sale in the spectacular medieval village of Pennapiedimonte, called the balcony of Abruzzo for its privileged position in an area of extraordinary beauty. The village lies on the slopes of the eastern slope of the Maiella at 669 metres above sea level, with houses partly dug into the rock and partly built in local stone, and are connected by steps or narrow streets, often only passable on foot.
