Iranian food tour in Tehrangeles (Los Angeles) with dear Jeffrey and tasting various Iranian foods such as Kale Pache, Kebab, Dizi, traditional saffron ice cream are all in the first part of this exciting report in Los Angeles

In the city of Los Angeles, I decided to start an Iranian food tour in two days, and on the first day and the first part of this report, I am going to take Jeffrey and show him some Iranian food so that he can get to know with Iranian food. We are going to go to an Isfahan cafe which has biryan as well as Kale Pache, Dizi and many other delicious Iranian dishes. Along with my dear friends Jeffrey and Mehdi, we came to the Khaneh Kebab restaurant museum in Los Angeles, which is full of old items and elements and Iranian nostalgia, and every corner has a memory for all Iranians, and many famous Iranian singers like Moein, Martik were here.
They have a very cool teapot with seven pipes and we had authentic Iranian tea in a traditional way with a saucer. We tasted dizi, the famous and traditional dish of Iranians, and of course kale pache, a very famous Iranian breakfast. Kale Pache actually has sheep's head and legs, which are cooked for hours with water, onions and spices. The cheek, tongue, brain, and legs are eaten together with Sangak bread, which was very delicious. We also tried sangak bread with koobideh and tomato and herbs which was also great
Briyan is a famous food of Isfahan which is made from mutton meat, spices, vegetables, walnuts and lungs on the side, which is very fatty and delicious. We also tried dizi that has broth, meat, onion, potato and tomato. The beans are cooked together for hours and then combined We also tested it with Geoffrey's pounded kebab, and it turned out to be a masterpiece with Sangak bread, tomatoes and onions.
After here, we went to the shop next to this restaurant, which has a sandwich named Persepolis sandwich, which was thirty years old, and they have a lot of delicious and nostalgic sandwiches, such as the Olovieh sandwich, which consists of chicken, egg, potato, pickled cucumber, mayonnaise, Brain and tongue sandwich, bandari sandwich with sausage fried with hot onions and tomato paste, and having a pizza with sausage, bell peppers, and cheese, and it was a very interesting experience in Los Angeles.
After that, we went to try the traditional Iranian saffron ice cream at Gol and Bulbul ice cream shop, which has very delicious saffron ice cream and Falodeh, the same famous Shiraz Falodeh that I tested a lot in Shiraz, and we went with Mark Wiens. They have saffron pistachio ice cream, which was great, you must try it, the pistachios are very delicious. We also had the famous Shirazi Falodeh, which can be eaten with cherry syrup and lemon juice.
