Karl and I will be visiting one of the most famous paratha stands in all of India, located in a busy neighborhood in South Delhi: Moolchand Parantha. We’ll be trying paratha for the first time from this stand, and seeing if it lives up to the hype. Is it REALLY the best paratha of all time?

When I first met Karl, he told me that Indians don’t really eat breakfast, and I thought: how can this be true? Surely India, which has such a rich food culture, has to be serving up some delicious meals in the morning time. But as I travelled throughout North India, I learned that you can’t find Indian breakfast available for purchase in a restaurant.

The true Indian breakfast is closer to home, cooked with love on the tawa by your family.
