In telling the difference between the INFP and ENFP personality types, rather than looking at how much a person favours Extraverted Intuition over Introverted Feeling, it is better to instead look at the way this function is expressed. Both of these share the same cognitive functions, but the attitudes of these functions are reversed.

In this video I employ CPT methodology to present some easy ways to tell the difference between the ENFP and INFP :)
