Mario : It has to be mentioned, that most of the Mario Bros. community disagree with the “official” height. In all other games Mario is much smaller than the average human:

DK, Yoshi, Luigi, Peach, Daisy, Bowser, Wario, Diddy, Plant : Compared to the “official” height of Mario. In case of the more fitting height of around 1.00m for Mario, all of them would be MUCH smaller:

Samus, ZSS : Here I am not sure if the official height refers to the Armor or Samus herself.

Falco, Wolf: Using their official heights (which were listed in the unit SM) and calculate the proportion to Fox’s official height (also in SM). Then multiplying the calculated factor with the official height of Fox (in meter in STARFOX ZERO) to get the approx. heights in meter.
