1. LETTER OF REQUEST : any bond paper, hand written or encoded; format written on it ( Reason why you choose this PRC Branch, for what purposes, and grant a permit to get your PRC ID)

2. CAN I GET MY PRC ID ASAP?
Yes, the day of your Initial Registration just submit all requirements then you can have it, but depend on the PRC branch some are lacking of printing materials that why there will be schedule of releasing your PRC ID.

3. REQUIREMENTS for INITIAL REGISTRATION:
a. NOA/ Notice of Admission
b. Downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyunal
c. 2 pieces of passport size picture (colored WHITE Background and complete Name Tag Ex. DELA CRUZ, JUAN P.)
d. 2 sets of Documentary Stamp ( if brown 4 pcs / if purple 2pcs only)
e. Any Government Valid ID: Voter's Certificate (para sa walang valid ID mabilis tong kunin sa comelec) , NBI, Passport etc.)

Additional and Optional = This was during Pandemic 20222023:
a. Downloaded duly accomplished E oath Form
b. 1 piece short bond paper
c. Printed picture or screenshot during eoath taking or Mass Oath taking
d. Letter of Request: Note ( OPTIONAL and its up to the PRC Branch if they ask you / Reason for this is when you try to get your PRC ID in other Branch, or especially when you came from different Region)

4. How long is the validity of PRC ID?
5 YEARS VALIDITY by year 2024 it was approved.

5. How much is the initial Registration fee?
1,050 pesos
