Ever since of Golden Age of Jimi Hendrix and his blues guitar playing I’ve been big fan of rock groups with big Guitar Heroes as a front man. Beside that Delta Blues and Chicago Blues have always been two major currents in musical and mainly blues history.
So discovery of Tennessee native guitar “Wizard” Justin Johnson was nothing short of nice surprise. You can find the whole set of Johnson’s recordings on the internet but particularly interesting are his 2 latest albums “If Walls Could Talk” from 2016 and “Drivin’ It Down” from 2017.
His music is interesting but one has to see him live – what I haven’t have chance to do so far – to fully appreciate his visual wizardry since he can play on anything what even remotely resemble guitar. That’s what you can see in this short movie collected from videos of his song posted on internet.
