Welcome to Part 1 of our 200,000 sqft sealcoating project! In this video, we begin this massive task by cracksealing all the paving seams as requested by our client. We prepared an impressive 5,000 gallons of sealer to ensure thorough coverage and durability. Additionally, we applied two coats of sealer to the pavement and finished things off with some line striping. This video provides the indepth walkthrough of days 13 of the first weekend, showcasing our meticulous process.

Our team worked tirelessly to prepare the surface, focusing on every detail to ensure a flawless finish. The cracksealing process is crucial for longevity, and we carefully sealed every seam. We also have about 600 stall lines and 6 handicap markings to paint, ensuring the lot is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. This detailed approach highlights our commitment to quality and precision.
