Starting with the definition of a Vancouver Special, I give you a tour of a Vancouver Special that’s still in it’s original condition (over 50 years old)…and then I explain why these houses are once again so popular today and why they are becoming increasingly relevant to Vancouver’s current issues with housing affordability and supply.
