Ted Hughes is one of Britain's greatest poets. His words have inspired me for over 40 years and in 2019, I undertook a daunting project to create a body of work in heartfelt response to my favourite Hughes poems. These are the poems that deal with landscape, and especially the Yorkshire moorlands that Hughes loved so much and where I currently live.

In this video, I share the result of all this work a series of 34 paintings along with photographs and sketches that will be published in October 2021 as a book entitled "Life Force."
