High school junior Jordan has known she wanted to be in law enforcement her whole life and hopes to be an FBI agent one day. Kelly surprises her by bringing out Dallas Police Chief Reneé Hall, who offers to mentor this ambitious 16yearold and gives her the chance to come to Dallas to be Chief of Police for a day.
