Installing Tractor Pie Weights

Cleaning, painting, and installing pie wheel weights on my Ford 860 tractor. In a previous video, I replaced the rear rims on my Ford tractor but I didn't refill the tires with liquid ballast because I planned to use pie weights instead. I made a simple tool to clean out the bolt holes in the center plates and repaired the flange nut threads with a thread file. See the links below for the parts and tools I used:
