Hello folks!
If you have a spare 10 minutes and a pot of double cream, you can have a block of the creamiest butter on the breakfast table…Quicker than you can say Lurpak! honestly, this butter is gorgeous and is ready to use right away. When I say it takes 10 minutes to make…I MEAN it Cheaper than shopbought, you know what’s gone into it and it’s delicious!

What I used

600ml (21 oz) Double cream Heavy/whipping cream could be tried as an alternative, but results may not be as good.

Salt (optional) I used 2 teaspoons because we like salty butter, but adjust to your own taste.
