Instant knee pain relief WITHOUT a ton of exercises!

Does your knee hurt to bend? Then try this! Maybe bending your knee to put on a sock, or squatting, or lunging, or stairs, or etc...

This is a simple DIY technique that you can try at home to see if it helps. The goal of this technique is immediate relief! If it doesn't help you right away, then no need to keep doing it.

If it does help, it's a quick fix. In order for it to become permanent, you need to reload the knee with exercises. Check out the videos below.
