Most of the Instant Pot models like duo, ultra & nova have yogurt setting. Yogurt setting can also be used for fermenting dosa, idli, dosa batters & for proofing pizza & bread dough.
In Instant Pot Duo Crisp + Air Fryer model, there is no yogurt setting. In this video, I'm demonstrating if fermentation will work in warm setting or not. What happens to the batter if kept in warm setting in the Instant Pot?
