Here's 2 easy home exercises for quick relief from Sciatic Pain. These 2 physical therapy exercises relieve two of the most common causes of sciatica and low back pain. The first exercise releases the sacroiliac joint, which is a frequent cause of referred leg pain. And the second exercise opens up the lumbar spinal joints (another source of referred pain into the leg), but also takes pressure off the nerves that form the sciatic nerve that goes down the leg. They even stretch gluteal muscles in the pelvis which can cause leg pain. They only take about 1 minute each, so are one of the simplest sciatica pain treatments.
