झटपट रवा डोसा बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
डोशासाठी
• १ कप बारीक रवा
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• १/४ कप दही
• १ कप +२ मोठे चमचे पाणी
• १/२ चमचा इनो फ्रुट सॉल्ट
• तेल
डोसा मसाल्यासाठी
• २ मोठे चमचे तेल
• १ चमचा मोहरी
• १ चमचा जिरं
• कढीपत्ता
• चिमूटभर हिंग
• १ चमचा चणाडाळ
• १ उभा चिरलेला कांदा
• २~३ चिरलेल्या हिरव्या मिरच्या
• १ चमचा किसलेलं आलं
• १/४ चमचा हळद
• ३~४ उकडून सोललेले बटाटे
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर
ओल्या नारळाची चटणी
• २ चमचे पंढरपुरी डाळं / डाळवं
• १/२ कप खोवलेलं ओलं खोबरं
• हिरव्या मिरचीचे तुकडे
• १" किसलेलं आलं
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• १/२ चमचा साखर
• थोडंसं पाणी
• १ चमचा तेल
• १/२ चमचा मोहरी
• १/२ चमचा जिरं

Rava dosa is a very easy and simple recipe. This is instant version of dosa recipe. Along with it we are making coconut chutney and masala for the dosa. This dosa turns out nice, crispy and tastes delicious. At times kids demand for dosa. Then at such times this is the best option for you. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Ingredients:
For Dosa
• 1 cup fine Rava / Suji
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 cup Curd
• 1 cup + 2tbsp Water
• 1/2 tsp Eno fruit salt
• Oil
For Dosa Masala
• 2 tbsp Oil
• 1 tsp Mustard seeds
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• Curry leaves
• 1 pinch of Hing
• 1 tsp Chana dal
• 1/2 tsp Urad dal
• 1 sliced Onion
• 2~3 chopped Green chilies
• 1 tsp grated Ginger
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
• 3~4 boiled and peeled Potatoes
• Salt to taste
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
For Coconut Chutney
• 2 tsp roasted Chana dal
• 1/2 cup grated fresh Coconut
• Chopped Green chili
• 1” grated Ginger
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp Sugar
• Water
• 1 tsp Oil
• 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
• A pinch of Hing
• 2 dry Red chilies
• Curry leaves

Method:
For Dosa
• Take rava in a bowl and add salt, dahi. Mix everything well together.
• You can blend coarse suji in mixer and use it in place of fine suji.
• You can use lemon juice or buttermilk in place of curd.
• Add water and mix well.
• Cover and rest the batter for about 30 minutes.
• Add Eno fruit salt and mix in quickly.
• You can use 1/4 tsp baking soda in place of Eno fruit salt.
• Heat up a pan on medium heat and grease it well with oil.
• Add a ladleful batter at the center of the pan and spread it evenly carefully.
• When lower side gets nice golden color, brush a little oil on the upper side.
• Roll the dosa and take it off into a dish.
For Dosa Masala
• Heat up oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
• When mustard seeds pop up add cumin seeds, curry leaves, curry leaves, hing, chana dal,
urda dal and fry for about 3040 seconds.
• Add onion, green chilies and fry well for about 34 minutes until onion turns soft.
• After frying onion for about 23 minutes add ginger and fry for another 34 minutes.
• Add turmeric powder and mix well.
• Add chopped potato and mix well.
• Add salt and mash the sabzi a little.
• Cover and steam for about 5 minutes. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
For Coconut Chutney
• Take roasted chana dal, fresh coconut, green chili, ginger in a blender jar and blend well.
• Add salt, sugar, water and blend again.
• Transfer the chutney in a bowl.
• For tadka heat up oil in a tadka pan and add mustard seeds.
• When mustard seeds pop up add cumin seeds, hing, dry red chilies, curry leaves and mix well.
• Add this tadka on chutney and mix well.
