Here is how to create AI vs AI match in a local PvP game mode;

Go to the Local Play mode and start any map there.
Go to the options and set a key for admin menu.
Choose a loadout and after your character is spawned enter the admin menu, go to levels section and from there launch any PvP game mode.
First you need to join a team and Bots will join both teams
Some game modes are gives the "draw" match result at the beginning, I don't know a fix for it yet.
