My intermediate yoga sequence is designed to help ease aches, pains, tiredness and stagnant energy left behind after or during the recovery of a chesty plegm cough & cold. During this yoga flow we will stretch out all the right places, hips, hamstrings, back, neck and shoulders. As well as opening our hearts to allow deeper breaths of healing oxygen into our tired, phlegm filled lungs and help ease congestion. If you're not recovering from a cold then this will be the perfect flow to reset your body if you're feeling a little tired or in need of a good stretch and a gentle wake up.

I was recovering from a chesty cough & cold myself during the filming of this class so I know all too well how you may be feeling in your body, but of course, we are all different so please do tailor this class to suit your needs.

I'd love to know how this sequence left you feeling, did it help ease the ache, or open your airways? let me know below ⬇

Sending love and light,
Candace
