It's been a long time and I've given up for so many reasons recently, but I just can't give up on myself, my health, and my life with my family! There's always a way even if it wasn't what we had hoped for or imagined for ourselves. I've kept a journal of some foods that I've eaten over the past year. I have lipedema and EDS, and with EDS, I have gastroparesis. I was really hoping it wasn't going to be this way, but this is what I have and I have to figure out how to live with it. I have kept a journal of some basic foods that are mostly keto and that don't make me sick. I am going to incorporate these foods into a heavily modified diet that hopefully just makes me feel better. It's going to blend several diets or eating habits into one. The One Meal a Day Diet or OMAD way of eating, along with intermittent fasting for 23 hours a day. This will give my digestive system a break without having to sacrifice my health in other ways. I am hoping that this next 30 day diet will be a huge reset for my digestive system and be really beneficial for my body and health. My weight loss history I weighed nearly 400 pounds and have lost all the way down to 212 pounds. Because of lipedema I cannot weigh less than 212 (I tried to water fast it away, but it doesnt budge!) I have gained 30 pounds since moving to America over two years ago. One of these days I will get this all figured out!
