The International Barbecue Festival La Fogatta took place in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, southern Brazil, famous for the tradition of loving barbecue. In its third edition, the event was supported by the barbecue and parrilla equipment company La Fogatta, and brought together some of the main masters of the art of barbecue in South America, who showed their skills by roasting a variety of meats, including beef, pork, lamb , chicken and even fish. The public can taste the meats until late afternoon on a sunny Saturday. The masters also participated in a competition to choose the best barbecue master.
