Northwest General and Teaching Hospital, along with Northwest College of Nursing (NWCN), celebrated International Nurses Day by honouring the dedication and services of the nursing community. The event included speeches, performances, and student competitions highlighting the diverse roles of nurses. Chief Guest, Madam Nasreen Ghani, Professor of Health Institute, Sarhad University Peshawar emphasised the expanded responsibilities of modernday nurses, while Dr. Zia ur Rehman, CEO NWGH recognised nursing as the backbone of the healthcare system. The event concluded with an award distribution ceremony.
