I stopped at at the Bailey Lodge in Bailey, Colorado, during my hike on the Colorado Trail in the summer of 2024. While there, I came up with an idea to dry my socks quickly should the need arise. I recorded this lesson to teach how heat travels for use in my science classroom. After recording, the couple in the room next to me, who have been itching me, told me that he had been a videographer for Marty Stouffer on the Wild America series. We had a pretty good conversation, and it made my stay in Bailey, which was already fantastic, even better.
