Mythology suggests that the phoenix dies and is reborn from its own ashes – it is a symbol of transformation and resilience. The phenomenon of growing after experiencing trauma has been labeled “PostTraumatic Growth”. This is exactly what we strive to help our clients cultivate in their lives.

While we cannot change the past, we can change how past experiences live within us.
