In this episode, we take a look at the incredible civilization of ancient Nubia and the powerful political entity known as the Kingdom of Kush. For a time developing sidebyside with Egypt, Kush developed into a cultural and political powerhouse of its own, one that also influenced events in the ancient Near East as well as those of the Roman Empire. It's an important and fascinating story of one of Africa's great kingdoms/empires that you won't want to miss!
