The older I become, the more introverted I become too. Trying to get the outside world to match my inner peace can feel an impossible challenge. By being quiet and alone I can find balance within the current craziness. Navigating growing older & my hormone, perimenopause & menopause rescue remedy kit. Wrinkles, grey hair, getting older, ageing, it can feel really daunting and scary; but truly it's a wonderful gift. A huge rite of passage and sometimes a tricky journey...
