INVERTED APPLE WITH CARAMEL
On the first try the candy STICK TO THE MOLD and everything BROKE
I made the whole cake again, what happened?
INGREDIENTS:
CANDY
✨ 1 cup granulated white sugar
DOUGH
✨ 1 or 2 apples (depending on size)
✨ 1/2 cup of neutral oil (corn, sunflower or whatever you want)
✨ 2 medium eggs
✨ 1 cup granulated white sugar
✨ 1 cup and 1/2 selfrising flour
✨ 1 pinch of salt
✨ Vanilla essence or citrus zest
✨ A little milk (only if necessary, if the dough asks for it)
22/24 cm diameter mold
