Inverted Row Tutorial | With Progressions

The inverted row (aka the bodyweight row) is one of the best exercises for developing the upper back. But more than being awesome at drilling horizontal pulling, it acts as a phenomenal regression for more advanced pulling exercises such as pull ups.
