In this video, The Lallantop's Nikhil Wath explains about the three new criminal laws which have come into force on 1st July 2024. He explains what's new in these laws as well as the problems in the codification and implementation of these laws.
The Government of India has replaced the Indian Penal Code (IPC) with Bhartiya Nyay Samhita, the Criminal Procedure Code(CrPC ) with Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Samhita, and the Indian Evidence Act with Bhartiya Saksha Adhiniyam. Watch the video to learn about them in detail.
