The Integrated Programme in Management is a fiveyear undergraduate management course launched by IIM Indore in 2011. It is now also offered by IIM Rohtak. Its liberal arts education aims to stimulate and build deeprooted thought processes and create managers that are ‘socially conscious’ and ‘contextually relevant.’ Through the IPM, IIM Indore seeks to attract young students, and mould them as outstanding leaders through worldclass education.

Vedika Manek, an undergraduate student of IPM IIM Indore, talks about her experiences going through the admission process and various parameters that the university takes into consideration while selecting students.
